Seller also issues Buyer the following to verify the product. a) Tank storage receipt (TSR) b) Injection Report c) Dip test authorization letter (DTA) - Unconditional d) Fresh SGS Report e) Authorization to Verify (ATV) 2. Buyer signs and returns to Seller the Commercial Invoice signed SPA of the available quantity in the storage tank 3. Buyer charters vessel and sends vessel details along with Notice Of Readiness (NOR) to Port Terminal. 4. Seller approves NOR and issues DTA for Buyer and its SGS Agents to precede with the Dip Test inspection in Seller�s tank(s). 5. Upon successful dip test Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT Wire Transfer for the total value of the product. 6..Seller proceeds with the tank to tank transfer (injection) of the product into Buyers vessel. 7. Seller pays all Intermediary involved in the Transaction and Subsequently Monthly Spment Continues as per Terms and Conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract between Buyer and Seller. 8..Seller issues draft contract to Buyer to review with R&E monthly deliveries. 9.
