Dear Sir/Madam, Much Greetings, I need to purchase 200 units of Drip Irrigation Systems for my farmers. The system should be customized to the following technical specifications:1.Capacity: It should be able to irrigate the 10acres (4ha) of land with raw crops.2.Water flow in the emitters: 1.4 litres/hour.3.Power : The system should be powered by solar powered water pump or small diesel engine powered water pump. (6.5 hp)4.Water & Fertilizer Tanks: The system should include 1 water tank and 3 fertilizer tanks (seen in the attached drawing). These tanks has to be made of Tarpaulin materials. 5.Emitter Spacing: The distance between plant and plant is 20 centimeters.6.Price: The price of the system should be cheaper, affordable and good quality. Please send me the Quotation for this small drip irrigation system including installation and maintenance manual. The quotation should be based on CIF Port of Dar Es salaam, Tanzania East Africa. I shall need to purchase the 1 unit sample system for checking of efficiency and quality before placing big orders. Secondly, I need to know if you can send your technician for installation and training of my local operator. Thirdly, do you offer warranty and for how long? And shall your company sell me the spare parts on a regular basis?Lastly, I need know the terms and conditions of becoming your distributor/agent in Tanzania, East Africa and what are the terms and conditions of trade? I have more than 5, 000 farmers who are in need of this type of a drip irrigation system.
