Buyer issues NCNDA & ICPO as to lock the same price. 2. Seller issues draft SPA. Buyer reviews, signs and returns. 3. Seller issues Proforma Invoice (PI) to Buyer. 4. For goods originated from Ansell Malaysia, Seller will provide a Letter of Attestation from the Seller’s Lawyer stating lot/batch numbers for that particular shipping phase. 5. For goods originated from Ansell Thailand, Seller will provide a copy of Bill of Lading (BL) and Packing List (PL) which stating lot/batch numbers for that particular shipping phase. 6. Buyer verifies the lot/batch numbers with Ansell factory. 7. After the lot/batch numbers have been verified, Buyer will TT 2% deposit for each 1 million box to the Seller’s Lawyer escrow account. 8. Seller issues a 2% Bank Guarantee (BG) as Performance Bond to Buyer to guarantee goods are available upon deposit payment has been made. 9. Seller invites Buyer to view stock & SGS Inspection. Buyer to get Covid-19 swab test and result, valid for at least three (3) days. 10. After stocks viewing/SGS inspection, Buyer will pay the 98% balance of that particular phase or ready batch within 48 hours. 11. Stock collection upon payment clearance.
