Dear Sirs, We have your brochure and we are interested to know more about details of Splicing machine of narrow softened pencil plate. We are producing pencil slats and also minifinger joint cutter block. We currently have raw slats with the following combinations : A. Raw slats with (22 mm width X 2 pcs ) + 34 mm width = 78 mm B. Raw slats with combine of 28.50 mm width + 49 mm width = 77.5 mm C. Raw slats with combine of 34 mm width + 43.5 mm width = 77.5 mm By this combinations, we need to get the result of Finish Goods with 76 mm width. Fyi, The Raw thickness and Length are as follows : - Raw length of slats : 188 mm - Raw thickess of slats : 4.8 mm and 6.3 mm Please kindly let us know if this machine could operate as our request (get 76 mm width) and kindly let us know the capacity per hour (speed). Besides, we also would like to know if you have the following machine : Sorting machine for pencil slats, to sort : - The thikness - The width - Moisture content - Quality of pencil Slats If you have this machine, please kindly let us have the brochure.
