Dear Sir:We have a group of 3 Chinese Buyers. They are looking for M100/75 with Sulfur content 0.5% Maximum. Here are what they need:1. First month trial shipment 50,000 MT. Starting second month, 200,000 MT per month in 4 shipments of 50,000 MT each. For 12 months contract. 2. With 3 Buyers combined delivery at 600,000 MT per month. We hope your Refinery still has enough allocation to be our supplier. If your refinery does not have such high quantity, we may take less monthly delivery. Or we may work with one Buyer first. Please let me know what is the monthly quantity available ? 3. Buyer target CIF China price USAsk Buyer/MT. This is negotiable.Please confirm your acceptance of this price. Or send your best CIF China price as your counter offer. 4. These Chinese Buyers can only issue Nontransferable DLC. If requested, the L/C or DLC may be allowed for one time transferable. 5. DLC is payable 100% T/T swift cash, AFTER M100 shipment arrival and complete CIQ inspection at China discharge port. 6. They make No UPFRONT PAYMENT and No ADVANCE PAYMENT. Buyer only make payments AFTER the shipment of M100 arrives China discharge port. 7. These NonGovernment Buyers are very sensitive about one specific issue. They only issue DLC to the Refinery bank that is a Russian Bank. To avoid money laundering. 8. Loading port should be Vladivostok port. For shorter shipping time and no winter port ice closure. SCO. The seller has to issue separate SCOs to each of the Buyers. With the Buyer name on the SCO. The CEO has to get Buyer Company Board Meeting or the Buyer Bank for fund allocation.
