Hello, I am interested in PURE BRIGHT WHITE Oneck Tshirts. I Am looking for 100% polyester or polyester with a low % of spandex. For each of the materials you can supply, I need to know the Fabric weight and the thread count. I am a start up company, looking to decorate them in house. As a start up, I cannot order a large amount to start! I need the absolute MOQ. I am looking to build a long term relationship with a manufacturer to supply products long into the future. I will need shipping costs to the seaport in Wilmington DE, and Airport in Philadelphia Pa. I have received a very nice Introductory MOQ and a Great price form a Prominent Chinese manufacturer, But the shipping charges were outrageous! A speedy response will be appreciated.
