Looking for sell bulk organic soybeans

I represent a client wishing to purchase approximately 120,000 metric tons of Soybeans per month increasing to 500,000 metric tons per month. In addition, they would immediately purchase up to 1 million MT. The buyer is willing to pay on a costplus basis, based upon the U.S. market price.The ultimate destination of the Soybeans is China and the product would be shipped in bulk via vessel.
