Last year, at the Canton Fair of November I place an order. Lake was the person who deal with us. First he loose the order, then I send order with all details and ask cbm so we can confirm only one 40' hc container. It took moths to confir final order because the delay in confirming cbm. The shipment was confirm for June 10, we have a delay, the container has been in China, in the Customs, almost one month with a problem in the invoice and that I have been askink Lake to solve urgently but with no solution from him.Now, my Company needs the refunt of the T/T deposit in advance becuase is too late for us for the shippment. I was very clear when I place the order, I ask shippment max. on June 10 if not I will not place the order.We are still not sure if the problem in China with the customs is solved. We can´t accept the order and we ask for the refund of our money.I want to contact another person because Lake don`t give us any answer, I´ve been asking for a month to solve the problem. Years ago we work with Amy, with your factory, and everything was done well. Now we have a very bad experience, please make the refund of the T/T deposit in advance.
