Dear sir :We need a detailed quotation for bath rent for 48 DAYS during Ramadan and eff tar ed holidays in Qatar for the following items :Arent items at The company facility 1you are required to supply all material, labor, services, supervision, warehousing, equipment, tools, consumable materials and each and every items of expense necessary for the provision of (15m width x 25m length ) air Conditioned (12units x8 tons per each )with aluminum framing, aluminum double glass doors for 3 sides and transparent acrylic from the A/C side and including all necessary accessories and other related civil works. The tent materials and parts shall be in good condition without any defects, damages and clear of all type of dust and dirty marks. and glass with aluminum panels framing for the tent sides. including but not be limited to two (2) nos. transparent glass doors, 2 Provide, as a minimum two (2) access facilities and one (1) emergency exit door including ventilation opening and fans. 3. Provide internal white color lining for the tent ceiling with fire proof fabric material. . 4 Supply and installation of general lighting inside the tent, including to all necessary cabling works, accessories and other related works. (with a brief descriptions for units and numbers)5. Supply and installation of portable diesel generators equipped with silencer / noise suppression along with operator and consumables including diesel, with provision for one (1) no. to be running and one (1) no. to be on standby and the capacity shall be sufficient to provide power supply to the lighting and A/C&rsquos in the tent including but not limited to all necessary accessories and other related works.
