The buyer wants to buy every month by increasing amount gradually.?we will add our "10% of commission" to the EXW price of your company and suggest it to the Abuyer in total..(2)After SPA contracting, can this ACompany buy your stock without Deposit from the first time by 100% TT cash via Chinese Bank.(3)The buyer want to buy it in TT Cash at time if your commodities do not have No Problem to look at the stocks after contracting SPA. (before checking the commodities, it is necessary CCIC test result to the buyer)The buyer brings in the trucks by themselves to the yard of your company.Your persons can only put your commodities on the trucks with the forklift.(4)The Abuyer should pay in RMB for the 100% total amount money before the trucks get out your yard.After you confirmed the receipt of money of the total amount in your bank, the truck is over a yard.
