The pricingwill be based upon ICIS index port pricing and will trend with the market frommonth to month. Buyer will provide freight. Buyer will provide a letter of creditwritten from a U.S. bank or from a mutually agreed upon countries bank. Letter ofcredit will transfer to seller at the completion of product loading and papersbeing completed for vessel discharge from loading port. Our fees will be paid bythe buyer. Selling agents fees to be incorporated in product pricing. Buyer is agovernment entity – 100,000 metric tons per month DAPWe are currently in the market for 1 vessel per month for 12 months. Buyerwill provide a supply agreement to seller for 12 months of business. The pricingwill be based upon ICIS index pricing and will trend with the market from monthto month. Buyer will provide freight. Buyer will provide a letter of credit writtenfrom a U.S. bank or from a mutually agreed upon countries bank. Letter of creditwill transfer to seller at the completion of product loading and papers beingcompleted for vessel discharge from port. For this transaction the finalbuyer is a government agency. The letter of credit will come directly from thegovernment. The intermediary will provide freight. Our fees will be paid by thebuyer.
