Hello Our inquiry is : 6060 or 6063 , 140 mm diameter (5.5'') , Primary Round Aluminum Billets (Fe 0,160,22) , Fully Homogenized, 5800 mm length Chemical Composition : According to EN Standards Surface: Fine smooth surface, without marks, dents and visible signs due to the casting process, packaging or transportation.Uniform cellular grain distribution, with small segregation zones, without macroscopic defects Good and complete homogenization process : Special emphasis to be given to H2 (very good homogenization) in order to achieve mechanical characteristics Our homogenization process is : 590 Degreeswarmup (preheating) , 2 hours + 20 minutesstay at homogenization temperature , 2 hours + 20 minutesCooling time, 3 hoursThawing Immediately Total hardness should be around 3546 Brinell , when homogenized fully. I need from you : 1.Official Business Offer with all terms2.One small sample of 140 mm diameter , 6060, fully homogenized, with DHL to do our chemical tests & homogenization tests3.Quantity 1000 tons per year for 1st year.
