HelloI work for a Dental/Ortho company that has sells of Ask Buyer million dollars per year.I am scheduling a trip to Asia to meet with potential ceramic bracket suppliers that machine polycrystalline alumina ceramic brackets and I need to know if you have milling machines and currently have open capacity to machine our ceramic brackets. We are not interested in CIM molding our bracket as the molds are too expensive. Our ceramic bracket design takes a 4th axis milling machine to produce and it has more features that the block style brackets.If you machine ceramic orthodontic brackets currently and are interested in doing business with us, then I need answers to the questions below.Before I can disclose the design of our bracket we need to have some agreements in place and I also need to verify some things first. Can you verify for me that you machine orthodontic brackets in your factory and that this is your factory where you work and that there is not someone else making these brackets for you to sell???As long as you are machining brackets now, our bracket design does take an extra spindle that you do not have now on your machines, but we would help you with the equipment modification to make our design of bracket if you are interested in cooperating with us.Are you interested in adding a spindle to your machines to machine our brackets?? Can you verify the material that you make these orthodontic brackets out of for me ?? is it Lumilox?? polycrystalline alumina??What is the capacity of your facility??
