Dear sir,we are an organization based in Somaliland purchased a large outdoor printer from your company in February 2008 and that it was in stable working Order since 2011 after a electrical fault occurred with the connected pc. Fault is that the print heads board move but dont print. Pci card and heads have been replaced with new ones but the fault continues to be unresolved due to lack of personnel capacity in somaliland. What we require is consultant technicians to come and try to resolve the fault and also provide short training for staff to build our capacity to manage future issues. We will cover your expenses.
