RFQ Description

Dear Sir,I have purchased a Kent Grand RO water purifier from one of the dealers in bangalore, for the installation we had an authorised personal Mr. Ram charan (*******777) come to my house with absolutely no practical knowledge of the product or the company.It has been a nightmare for me and family as for the last four days we have been experiencing heavy water flow from the top of the water purifier and despite repeated calls no response was there initially, later the same representative came and spoilt the adapter from the tap and broke it with additional water burst in my kitchen. now I have water leakage in the adapter and waterfalls from the unit. Despite several calls to customer service desk no response and the service executive does not bother to answer my calls. I was under the impression that kent service is excellent but now realise it is horribly pathetic and shame full experience for me. Is there an responsible person in the organization that can call or help
