I have for many years registered rights on trademark TADIRAN in Ukraine for goods mentioned in classes 9, 11, 37 of the International Classification of goods and services including air conditioners, solar and electric panels, batteries and accumulators. Several companies in Ukraine deal with the import and sale of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) equipment and solar electric panels, marked with trademark TADIRAN, for more than 7 years based on a license agreement with me as a registered trademark owner. Imported products are sold on the domestic market. The companies are already working at present with factories in Europe and China buying goods in the category of electric water heaters, in the category of residential and industrial ACs they are working with factories in China and in electric solar panels - with a factory in China. SOLARIZE LLC has for the last two years imported, sold and installed solar panels in Ukraine marked under trademark TADIRAN and in this regard needs accumulators and batteries to complete its solar plants. Therefore I am considering your factory MINGHONG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD as a potential supplier to Ukraine of electric batteries and accumulators, marked with ™ TADIRAN, for the company. Please inform about the possibility of production and supply to Ukraine of accumulators and batteries for solar panels, terms of delivery, possible assortment and amount to order as well as prices. If for the purpose of obtaining a quote, please specify a minimum amount of the order, so that we may correctly calculate the order.
