Good morning Ms. Jin. My name is Jason Schwandt, President of Brooks Signs in Canada. I have purchased two of the EDON 2GH810-H17 5.5kw ring regenerative vacuum blowers. We use them as vacuums for a CNC router table. I would appreciate if you could provide some additional information about this product, including: a) is there an English user manual for this product available that you could send me? b) for the exhaust, can you identify what thread pitch the 3" exhaust port is, and what material the port is made of (aluminum, steel) so I can match up the appropriate pipe material to connect to the blower. c) I noticed that you sell mufflers for this blower. Could you tell me what is the pricing for two mufflers for this unit and how I can order? d) I observe that you also sell a pressure relief valve for this pump. Is this required for normal operation? If so, what is the price of a pressure relief valve for this pump? I have reached out several times to Mr. Ye on these questions and have received no response, I am hoping you can assist me.
