FIECo. is a Renowned General Contractor in Metal Industries specially in Steel Making Industries of Iran which is established in 1991 with more than 1000 personnel. The main Office is located in Isfahan, Iran. The Basic field of FIECo. is Steel industries. FIEco Previously Performed Many EPC Projects successfully and currently we have several numbers of EPC Projects including Pelletizing Plants, DRI Plants, Steel Making Plants etc. One of our EPC Projects named " Neyriz Pelletizing Plant" which is located in Neiriz District, Fars Province, Iran. We are decided to Supply "Sample Taker" for the mentioned project. By attachment, I do send you the Inquiry Document (Including Technical Specification & Data Sheets) about the above needed equipment. Surely, we are willing to have your participation in this project. We trust your technical design and every technological considerations based on your previous experiences related to this project. Hence more complete engineering documents are evaluated with higher technical scores. Proposal requirements: Kindly please find attached inquiry information and send me your proposal at least including below information: 1. Resume or Catalogue of your company and Reference list relative to the requested equipment 2. Complete Technical proposal according to attached technical specification 3. Delivery term: FOB China port, Incoterms 2010 4. Price of each item in RMB currency 5. Optional price of 2 years spare part 6. Sub-supplier list (for approval) 7. Delivery time (shorter delivery is highly demanded) 8. Guarantee and Warranty Payment conditions: Also please be noted the LC of Neyriz Pelletizing project has already been opened in favor of a well-known Chinese company in steel industry "MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited" and the contractual documents will be signed between MCC, Supplier and FIECO, and the payment will be made by MCC to the supplier within China in RMB currency according to below terms (including 13% China VAT) Payment condition in this project are according the as below: 15% Advance payment by T/T 75% After presentation of shipment documents by T/T 5% Against Cold Test Certificate by T/T 5% Against Provisional Acceptance Certificate by T/T 1- Completing all TBI items in the data sheet as well as all the required information in the purchase document that must be sent by the seller. 2- Completing the technical comments of the attached Excel file 3- Sending all catalogs and data sheets related to engine and gearbox as well as electrical items. Payment condition in this project are according the main project LC terms. The project time is very tight and we have planned to finalize all the purchases in a short while.
