No advance payments on first year of collaboraqtion 4) Factory must be ready to present PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE CONTRACT, draft, accurate, at negotiating period, and final upon issuance of LC 5) We are dealing only with producing factories and their verified appointed agents.
