RFQ Description

Dear CEO: I am an international trade broker/ facilitator based in Tanzania registered under the BRELA of the United Republic of Tanzania with certificate no. 502039. My client from Europe needs used rails R50-R65. His CIF target is Ask Buyer/Mt for both trial and contract. Qty: Trial 10,000mt x 3 months and contract 100,000mt x 12 months What is your monthly capacity? Payment terms is strictly SBLC revolving, irrevocable and transferable with no advance whatsoever. I have seen his previous SBLC and KYC/company reg. documents. The buyer recently closed a deal in Africa for 30,000mt x 24 months and currently he has two suppliers from Chile. He needs more qty so he is still looking. Rails have to be pre-cut to standard export length of 1.5m inclusive of CIF price). He has already issued an LOI. CIF destination is either Rotterdam, Netherlands or Düres. My brokerage commission requested is Ask Buyer/Mt to be documented in the IMFPA. If the price is much lower than target then I may top up to Ask Buyer/Mt in commission. Origin can be any except Russia or South Africa or any other sanctioned nation or those with export ban. Export license copy is required too. SBLC draft will be issued only after SPA. The buyer will need a POP video in his name once he issues RWA letter via the bank.
