Quantity: - 1st Order – Trial Order 25.000MT for Corn. – 75.000MT/Month for 12 Months for Corn/Yellow Maize with Rolls & Extension. 3. Contract Duration: One Year (12 Months) with Rolls and Extension. 4. Country of Destination: CIF Benghazi - Libya. 5. Packing: In Bulk. 6. Inspection: SGS - VERITAS or Equivalent. 7. Payment: LC At Sight after SGS Inspection with delivery within 14-20 banking days. 8. Price: To be agreed upon per MT including Facilitation Fees. 9. Specification of Goods: Has to be sent from the Seller and getting approved from the Buyer. 10. Delivery Date: Within 30-45 banking days after issue and successfully LC, Trial shipment of 25,000 MT followed by 75,000 MT/month than for three months batch of goods x 4 .
