RFQ Description

i am looking for a supply of 25,000 MT of Diesel EN 590 10ppm per month, for a duration of 12 months. The fuel can originate from either Russia or a non-Russian source. It will be delivered to Djibouti Port, with the shipping costs and insurance covered by the seller (CIF). Payment will be made using a DLC (MT 700) and DP, with the seller providing a 2% PB as a performance guarantee.
