The Republic of South Sudan through the Ministry of Transport has allocated funds towards the cost of purchasing traffic loop inductive detectors for over 50 locations for its road infrastructure and intends to apply the proceeds toward payments under the contract for these services. The Ministry of Transport now invites sealed bids from Eligible bidders with sufficient experience, capability, capacity and financial standing to undertake the supply, delivery, maintenance and installation of traffic loop inductive detectors in the Republic of South Sudan. The Ministry of Transport is supporting the implementation of this initiative so that all people of South Sudan can have a convenient road transport network, as well as freedom of movement and to live anywhere in the country. The Ministry of Transport has appointed Gramin Consult Limited to handle the process of identifying capable and reputable entities that are willing to establish working relationships with the Republic of South Sudan.
