Delivery Type : CIF Type of Payment : SBLC (The Seller Puts Gold Documents In The Bank In Exchange For The Buyer's SBLC) Guarantee (PB) : 2% of the total value of the transaction from the seller Transaction method 1- Presentation of LOI, bank name and company profile 2- Face-To-face Meeting in the UAE to Complete the Deal Crude Oil Selling Procedure 1- Draft of SPA will be delivered to buyer to fill and return for Signature (buyer shall have refinery agreement) 2- Seller and Buyer will sign a yearly SPA contract for crude oil Also at the same time sign a gold mining investment contract 3- Buyer Issue SBLC with the value of 3 shipment but for the gold investmentcontract 4- Each shipment delivery of crude oil , buyer shall make TT for that shipment for title holder transfer 5- All Documents will be Omani or Iraqi 6- Discount will be in place for buyer and negotiable
