P.A. sub for P.A. system

Im looking for a small P.A. sub. Ideally 2 small 8 inch speakers or 1 10 inch speaker. All companies in Canada only one company have a 29 pound small sub thats Bluetooth and battery powered. Id like to make a better one! One thats 22 pounds and less expensive with good quality. If you can send me a pricing guide. I need sub to: Be culus certified, have Battery power and plugin power, have Bluetooth, usb , xlr, and 1/4 inch plug in, be 300 watts, be 23 pounds or lighter, have carry handle on side , have cross over for impedance and frequency cut-off also needs speaker stand hole on top for a top speaker to be able to be attached. I would be company for them, but would need support if any speakers have issues , for customers. Id like to make one sample or 2 to test before making large purchase order.. please send me info and guide and let me know if it can be done speakers
