Custom Printed High Barrier Stand-Up Pouches Hi, I represent Organic Dog, a growing company specializing in freeze-dried, human-grade dog treats. We are seeking a reliable and experienced packaging supplier to form a long-term partnership as we expand. Requirements: Bag Material & Design: The following certifications are required. Proof must be provided: • FDA Approved • Food-Grade Certification • BPA-Free • Satin or matte finish (not gloss). • Heat-sealable, resealable stand-up pouches with a custom-shaped high-barrier viewing window, and the entire bag made from high-barrier material to protect against moisture, oxygen, and light. Bag Sizes Needed: 6"x9" for 7 different food toppers/treats. • 7"x10" for 5 different dog treats 0• Total: 2,500 bags (divided across 12 different designs). Printing Process & Artwork Setup: • Please specify the printing process you'll use for full-color artwork on both the front and back of the bags. Can you provide templates and die lines with printing requirements for our design team to use in setting up the correct artwork? • Graphics will be provided for printing. • Order & Sampling Requirements: • Initial order: 2,500 bags to test quality and fit. Must send printed samples ASAP for review based on our printing requirements: • Printed bag in satin finish • Printed bag in matte finish Pricing & Logistics: • Competitive pricing is essential. Supplier must handle all duties and import requirements. • Expected delivery timeline before an order is placed.
