RFQ Description

Established in 1982, our client, Shandong Sun Paper Company Limited is a leading Chinese paper manufacturer that is based in Yanzhou, Shandong Province. Its main products include cultural paper, packaging paper, FMCG paper products, specialty grades and food-grade paper, in addition to other pulp products and related items. To maintain its production capacity, the company needs a regular supply of wood chips made from the following species: Eucalyptus Globulus (Blue Gum), Eucalyptus Nitens, Radiata Pine and Horsetail Pine. Currently, it is looking for reliable suppliers/export partners capable of handling consistent volumes. The company has multiple unloading ports: Eucalyptus chips shall be shipped to the Port of Tieshan, while pine chips will go to the Port of Weifang. Kindly share information of your products (origin, size, species, moisture rate), your pricing structure (FOB or CIF), the departure port, the shipment duration and if samples are available upon request. For a start, our client will order one shipload of wood chips (35000 metric tons) as a trial to check on the quality of the product(s), before increasing quantity in subsequent orders. Normally, the company requires a minimum of 1.5 million GMTs of eucalyptus wood chips per year, and pine chips of a similar amount. Our client chooses to pay by Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
