! Our Consortium purchase Bonny Light Crude oil on contract basis for a minimum of 12 months or longer. One Ship with carrying capacity of two million barrels is acceptable. We can also buy larger quantity if available. · We are in the market for buying Nigerian crude oil because the Bonny Light Blend crude oil is readily acceptable by most refineries for refining and it is available to purchase in exportable quantities on regular monthly basis at attractive discounts. Generally speaking, we can purchase crude oil from other origins subject to all normal terms and conditions being mutually acceptable. · We prefer the Letters of Credit and the payments to be based on Documentary Letters of Credit in US Dollars. · We prefer CIF price based upon destination in Western Europe – generally speaking. · Our Consortium would expect a 2% Operative Performance Bond (we prefer that its comes upfront from the seller's bank just after signing the contract) to ensure performance and our form of payment would be DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) payable after Quality and Quantity Inspection Results by an International Inspection Agency such as SGS.
