water chiller or VCF air conditioner/heater

RFQ Description

We are now in the beginning phase of building our new office in the center of Oranjestad, our city. This building will serve for both office and a penthouse on top. The building we are planning to build consists of 6 story high and for this we are going to need air conditioning. I was wondering if you could assist us with it. We explored our options and we believe that a VCF system will be more suitable for us, however we are open for options. We opted for the VCF because we read that we can use this same system for cooling and warming at the same time. Lookin that we are in the carribean and we do not need warming, we read that we can use it to cool down a pool we are going to build and also we would like to have hot water to be used throughout the establishment.
