I have a new product coming into production with 33 sheet metal components. The production volumes will be approximately 1000 per year, but this will ramp up slowly as the market develops. In the first year we will order in smaller lots of 10, 25 or 50 and expect production using a CNC turret press and a press brake. Once we reach lot sizes of about 50 we will order fixed tooling. Note the aluminum finish is a satin finish
