Buyer conducts due diligence on the product availability and confirms their ability to receive the product with a Standby, Ready and Empty chartered vessel tanker or Storage Shore Tank in the delivery port.5. Upon confirmation and verification of the buyers readiness and ability to receive the product, seller issues the Dip Test Authorization (DTA) as per the buyers instructions.6. After a satisfactory Buyer’s dip test exercise.
