URGENT Quotation Request for Chicken paws for 10 containers CIF for China - first shipment at the beginning of next weekLadies and GentlemenWe would like to receive your best quotation of chicken paws for 10 and 16 Containers. With delivery terms: CIF, People‘s Republic of China.First trial shipment of 10 containers at the beginning of next week, following up to 2’500 MT per month, 7‘500 MT in total for 3 months and 6‘000 MT per month +/- 54‘000 MT in total for 9 months, resp. total contract quantity of 61‘750 MT for/per 12 months.Inspection: SGS at loading port at seller‘s cost and inspection at destination.In order to clarify all details about our deal, please, take notice of following:PRODUCT SPECIFICATION 1.    COMMODITY:.         GRADE A CHICKEN PAWS. 2.    SPECIFICATIONS:.         Black spots less than 1% ( it’s extremely important to mention percentages, xx%);.         No bruise;.         No excessive blood or bloodstains;.         Broken Bone less than 2% ( it’s extremely important to mention percentage, xx%);.         Length: 812 cm;.         Weight: 30-45g per piece;.         Shelf Life: 24 months;.         Washed & Cleaned (without trims);.         White skin (outer yellow skin off);.         Moisture content less than 3% ( it’s extremely important to mention percentage, xx%);.         No bad smells;.         During transportation: minus 18C;.         Feather off;.         Storage at: minus 18 degrees Celsius; 3.    QUANTITY:.         The first shipment of 10FCL of 40 equivalent to 250MT is to be considered a trial shipment.         Upon successful trial delivery subsequent shipments of 80 FCL of 40 with 25MT per month or according to supplier capability, will take place as per delivery schedule included (monthly deliveries, 12 months contract)  in the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement);.         Our purchase capability is up to 80 FCL per month, 24.000MT per year with rolls and extensions. 4.    PACKING:.         4x5 kg vacuumed PP BAGs IN 20 KG STRONG CARTON BOX;.         Carton are shrinking and wrapped;.         Gross weight: 20,4kg  per carton;.         Net weight: 20kg per carton;.         All shipments  shall be in 40 refrigerated container;.         The packing shall be in accordance with inspection requirements of Entry-Exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau of People’s Republic of China for export of poultry meat to China.
