I am establishing a new factory for blowing bottles in shapes, for alcoholic beverages.The product is a bottle for Vodka 40% alcohol at volume of 0.5 Liter.For the drawing and some pictures please see the attached file.The material for the battle is PET. Enclose please find initial drawing for the PET perform (Perform drawing), in weight of 35 gr.The raw materials intended to come into contact with the bottled liquid are suitable to be used with foodstuffs. Moreover, these materials are in compliance with the requirements fixed by regulations as follows:�Italy: ***** 21-3-73 and following amendments; DPR 777/82�UE: Directive 02/72/EC and following amendments; Regulation 1935/2004; Regulation1895/2005; Regulation 372/2007.Moreover, the above mentioned raw materials are complying with the European Directive 94/62/CEE for Heavy Metals.In the future we will use the PET stretch blow molding machine, for other uses, as bottles for soft drinks in volume up to 1.5 Liter.I would like to get a quotation and lead time for several of your the PET stretch blow molding machine, which fit to mould With 2, 3, and 4 cavities.We need the machine with full equipment for the operation of this product.The quotation should contain the following:1.Quotation for full-automatic PET stretch blow molding machine, with all the equipment necessary for operating this product.2.Quotation for semi-automatic PET stretch blow molding machine with all the equipment necessary for operating this product.3.Please mention the additional equipments for the machine, supplied by you. 4.What is the lead time for each option?5.What is the cost of transportation to Israel? 6.What is the warranty includes and for how long? 7.How do you support us in case of failure?8.Who does the installations of machine in Israel?9.What types of technical documents do you provide, in English? 10.Have you sold a PET stretch blow molding machine for Israeli customer? This part should be made from one part, instead of welded parts.The martial is BSEC510; plate thickens 4.2 mm, tolerance +/- 0.5 for all dimensions.What is the minimum bending radius for this part? We need the minimum possible. At the moment we would like quotation for 7200 parts and the lead time.
