RFQ Description

Mr. Company Vilkritis got just confirmed drawings for tube (part of cigarete filters), making filter flexible and allowing for smokers to smoke with chewing without full destroying of ***** is attached (top one).The moust important- thickness and form. Tooling for getting this form and quality is not easy, please make right calculations of your time and $$. So, we are asking You to offer us:1.) quality tool/ die for forming of tube;2.) extrution mashine, which ends by cutting knife, +-0, 2mm. accuracy.Technical data/ parameters: Double wall tube (diam. 7, 63mm), produced from LDPE (15803-020). Min. tube length- 5cm. Capacity of production- 10 millions of 5cm. of tubes per month or equal amount of tube meters in case of tube is longer than 5cm. We want to buy full set of equipment (technically and economically fitting for our tube production). I am attaching the drawing of tube (it is part of cigaret filter, produced from very thin (even up to 0, 1mm. wall thickness). Outside (7, 63mm) measurment can be +-1/10 of milimeter. We know that tube forming tool is complicated because of very thin walls, but I hope that with Your experience we will find a solution. p.s. In pictures You will see the samples to understand how approximatelly it should look like (samples are not correct).
