Vacuum-inert-gas smelting mini induction furnace

RFQ Description

Dear ColleaguesFor education and research purposes, I need a mini, as small as possible laboratory induction furnace for prepa-ration the precision ferromagnetic metal alloys of total mass from 10 to 100 grams in crucible, in vacuum and inert gas atmosphere of, in particular, Fe, Co, Ni, Rh, Pd, Pt granules or/and swarf. So the temperature of at least 2000C should be reachable.- Using the furnace, I must first wash out the chamber repeatedly (vacuum - Ar gas - vacuum - Ar gas and so on), and then smelt or re-melt the alloy under Ar gas overpressure of not less than one atmosphere. For that, the chamber must be quite hermetically screwed up).- Because of hot climate and lack of pure soft water, I have to cool the furnace with distilled water by recirculating water mini cooler.- The furnace should be equipped with some temperature control.- I have to have an opportunity to watch the melting process by sight.- Perforce, I have to have an opportunity to operate the furnace completely manually.
