We are looking for an attractive, durable, long-life smartbook/netbook with a 9-10 screen. We are looking for a low-cost solution and are open to low-power designs based on cellphone processors. Our absolute minimum requirements are only 400 MHz ARM processor, 64-96 MB RAM and 1 GB NAND Flash storage provided there is hardware support for encryption, MPEG4, and OpenGL.We are open to affordable units up to 1.6 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, with larger screens, provided it meets the other requirements of durability, quality, attractiveness, and design lifespan.
