Need new HID supplier

I am interested in finding a new supplier, I was wondering what your base price is for a 20 container of HID kits with shipping to Michigan USA? We would be interested in the upcoming months to make a visit overseas to see factories and make sure that they are able to produce quantities that we would be interested in. We are interested in slim ballast kits, and to have our own box designed. We would be interested in buying between 5, 000-15, 000 kits a month to start and work our way up from there. We estimate within a year to sell on average 40, 000 a month. Also I would like to know if you have had issues with your product line being seized by customs?
