RFQ Description

I am looking to develop a prototype design for a cafe table top that has an internal lighting system.The description is a very low-profile e.g. 12mm pre-assembled circuit-board that is complete with some sort of either electroluminescent panel, cold cathode light or LED system. The idea is that It cycles through a limited range of colours or have an ability to freeze it on just one colour. Alternatively, a flat plasma plate design could also be OK. It should be powered by a 240v to 9v plug-pack (we can source locally but may we have price too please). Note plug-pack should conform with Australian Standards or FCC regulations. I hope that you might be able to help me.If so we need price. Also we need maximum current drain as we may use rechargeable battery.
