We are for introduction SALEM GLOBAL MINERALS & COMMODITIES LIMITED. We are Petroleum Products Marketing [Buying & Selling] Consultants, Based in Nigeria & a member of Trade Key.com. One of our oversea Buyers urgently want Automotive Gas Oil & had proposed the procedure below for the supply of 2.4M metric Tons of AGO per month (totaling 28.8M metric tons for 12 months) at the rate of Ask Buyer per metric ton. Please let me know as quickly as possible if you are willing to work with the buyer„¢s procedure and to fulfill the obligations as requested by the buyer. The procedure„¢s summary is as follows:-1. Agreement is signed and lodged with the respective banks of the parties;2. Seller issues a proof of product from the refinery as contained in the SPA;3. Buyer issues non operative IRDC/LC to the value of one months transaction;4. Seller issues a 2% Performance Bond to activate the LC;5. On receipt and approval by buyer, seller commences supply as per the agreed terms;6. Payment is made by Swift MT103 immediately upon receipt of each shipment.The process is repeated for 12 months with adjustments as per business transactions customs.
