Company uses 25.4mm + 0.07 OD and wall thickness of 1.2 + 0.05.Generally use a couple of alloys and the final finish is either mill finish or anodized. We could discuss the details later if you are capable of holding the tolerances we need. The tolerances are critical because the tubing has to mount in the string trimmer gear head shaft opening and to the engine coupling.
