Buyer signs stamps and sends via email;5. Seller sends originals of POP for the 12.500MT, Phytosanitary Certificateby SGS Certificate of Origin, Crop Certificate, and Certificate of Radiationby SGS via swift, to receive in 24hours non-operative LC from the seller;6. Buyer is allowed to send SGS for a pre-inspection for 12.500MT of IC45cane sugar at warehouse, at his own costs.7. Documents delivered by the seller via swift to the buyers bank, to turnL/C operative: Bill of lading, SGS certificate inspection for quality andquantity, Insurance 110% in favor of the buyer and Commercial Invoice;8. Shipments starts within 30 days after the financial instruments areopened from theBuyer„¢s bank to seller„¢s bank.9.
