Dear Sirs,Good day! We are presenting for a government owned Energy Company from Shanghai, China.We now need a reliable vendor for steam coal preferably from Indonesia or Australia. It„¢ll be a one to three year contract (200,000MT Per Month) with few important requirements up front, trial order of 50,000MT / 100,000MT for the first month.1. Please quote price in CIF Southern ports of China excluding commission/consultant fee.2. Price will be negotiated every 3 month comparing with international coal price change. Use China Qinhuangdao„¢s price as secondary reference.3. After signing NCND and confirms the contract terms, seller„¢s representative will visit buyer„¢s company in Shanghai for completing formal contract between the two parties.4. Seller has the ability to provide steam coal within the required spec as shown in contract5. Seller must be able to supply with increasing volume and ensure the seller can complete the contract.6.
