A sound insulation buffer with double skin gypsum board above the false ceiling upto the soffit of the roof slab, a height of 85 cm, same acoustic requirement.(3) the visible glass portion as detailed. The contractor shall propose and submit the fixing details of the system walls for the approval, acoustic requirement R w47 dB. The system shall include for inbuilt glass doors, with lock in the centre, concealed door closer at bottom, having proper sound insulation around opening to achieve the required sound insulation of Rw 37 dB and install auto door seals double actuation with sound reduction larger than 50 dB (laboratory value) Total qty 170 m22. GD2 - Supply and installation of single leaf glazed door 2.85 m height with 12 mm toughened glass and 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass ,aluminium frame with varying width (100 mm on one side and regular on other) within the Glass partition wall system with Dorma floor spring or similar , with Master key system ,Stainless Steel finish straight handle, lock at centre and concealed door closer . shall achieve a sound insulation of minimum of Rw37 dB,automatic door seals double actuation with sound reduction larger than 50 dB (laboratory value).
