SUBJECT: Budgetary quotation Please provide Budgetary quotation for item A & B .A.Refrigeration Unit Complete in all respect (with Fully Automatic Control System) with following specification1.Capacity €5HP2.Refrigerant €R 404A3.Automatically maintain Temp 0 F at 300 psig4.Ambient Temperature range -5 to 110 degree F5.Evaporator Coil of Refrigeration Unit to be fitted in top portion of storage tank. Material of the Evaporator Coil .6.Air Cooled Condensing unit of 5HP,460V,3Phase, & 60HZ with National Electrical Manufacturing Association (NEMA)7.Compressor Semi Hermetic Make Copeland USA8.Condensing Unit include sight glass, refrigerant line, solenoid valve, expansion valve.9.Automatic Controls to start and stop compressor as required maintaining the proper pressure & temperature in tank.10.Pressure switch to sound an alarm automatically in case of excessive high or low pressure in Tank .The alarm horn and indicating light shall be mounted on the refrigeration control panel.11.Copies of General arrangement drawing , P & ID , wiring and electrical drawings .Operational and maintenance manual.B.Electric Vaporizer complete in all respects with following specification.1.Capable of vaporizing 625 Lbs of Liquid Carbon dioxide per hour at 300 psig. 2 Automatic control to maintain the Tank pressure 245 psig.3An adjustable differential pressure switch to activate the vaporizer at 245 psig and to deactivate the unit at 255 psig .4Safety control consisting a safety relief valve , thermostat for overheat protection and fused control circuit to coil protection. 5 Electrical requirements 24 KW, 480 Volts , 3 Phase , 60 HZ.
