Dear Sir,Idealism Industries is a new manufacturing company which has assembled an automated production line for the production of coconut charcoal briquettes for the use with a hookah pipe (shisha). The plant consists of a mixer, briquette press, drying unit, cooling unit and packaging unit.The raw materials for the process are coconut shell charcoal and a binder. Inorganic components can also be added to increase the briquette density or change the ash color after burning. Coconut shell charcoal powder with size up to 80 mesh is used as the raw material. We are facing an issue regarding the binder upon consultation, they have suggested that Wheat Starch can be added as binder.We are still in the process of testing and thus we are in search of possible supplier for the mentioned binder.
