Buyer conducts dip test on Q&Q analysis of the product through SGS TEAM. 5. Upon successful dip test, buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total Product available and seller Change Title to buyer name. 6. Buyer Lift the product and Seller Pays all intermediaries involved in the Transaction. PROCEDURE FOR DIP AND PAY RUSSIAN PORT 1. Buyer issues legal ICPO + Company profile + Buyer Passport. 2. Seller confirms Buyer Documents and issues confirmation Letter to confirm. 3. Buyer visits Seller administrative office for TTM (Face to Face) meeting to sign SPA & CI and get POP. 4. Buyer conducts DIP TEST at Seller Tanks (Buyer responsible for the SGS) and submits their carrier information (CPA). 5. Upon SGS report and POP confirmed by the Buyer, Buyer issues 30% payment via MT103/TT to Seller account. 6. Seller inject to buyers tank or vessel, buyer confirm loading or injection and remit 70% balance. 7. Buyer lifts product to their port destination. 8. Title Holder pays all intermediaries. 9. Note : ISSUE AN ICPO WITH LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE. product is available on a first come first serve basis
