Asslamo Alikum , I have to select a shell and tube heat exchanger for a steam-water heating system, where the steam is at 165 degree Celsius and 3 bar pressure, the water is entering at 40 degree celsius and exit temperature is 85 degree celsius, the heat duty is ***00 kJ/hr, the no of tubes i calculated are 136 with a 2 Outer dia, i want to know the size of shell and tube,the dia of the shell and its material, the tube material its internal coating if any, the external surface the tube plate material, the nozzles type and material, the thickness of shell and tube bundle or u-bend setup .
