Urgent need for UCO Supplier

I am currently seeking a representative relationship with a supplier as I have established a market here in the US that meets the needs of many refiners. The common problem all were having was an inconsistency in both quantity and quality as it relates to feedstock!I have 3 US bio-fuel refiners in need of product but all have concerns of fraud from international suppliers such as oil and water mixtures and double bagging!I established relationships at both InterTek and SGS to assist in the process to ensure both the buyer and the seller are protected and can make a profit!If any suppliers currently have any US customers that would be a plus! Since many suppliers do not have US customers this is a great opportunity to enter it!Can you as a supplier provide a Proof of Product document from either SGS or Intertek?This being new international business and a trust building process; the buyer and Advanced NRG Solutions are requesting the following process which protects both the buyer and the seller:1/3 Payment (Deposit) once the buyer receives a 3rd party (SGS or InterTek) report stating the oils specifications and the manufacturer or sellers name and their ownership and the right to sell the product.1/3 Payment once 3rd party (SGS or InterTek) inspects the product at the shipping port & loading dock, approves against initial report and then seals the tanks and the product is on the water.And the final 1/3 payment once 3rd party inspects and approves the product at the destination port against the two previous reports.To test the process works without exposing either the seller or the buyer to too much risk, a quantity of 100 MT has been approved as the minimum initial order. 1000 MT per month is what the end customer is in the market for, which is half of their feedstock requirements in a month!Cash or 100% L/C Negotiable!No TRADERS or BROKERS!
