Good morning Sir or Madam,My name is Bruno Lima, im a college student and im working on a study about the alternative use of the winery waste.Relying on your kindness and willingness to answer, i have some questions about your grape seed flour making process.As i could observe it is possible, through the grape seed, to obtain grape seed oil and after this it is also possible to obtain grape seed flour. As i said my questions are regarding the flour:1) The grape seed flour that you produce is after the extraction of the grape seed oil? It is using the paste that results from the extraction of the oil?2) If this is true in question 1), what do you do next to this paste? Do you use a mill? What kind of mill? Or first do you need to ungrease the paste? How? After the mill can you pack and sell right away or the do you need to pass the flour through some previous step?3) In the packaging step do you use regular plastic bags? Is the flour dry enough to be packed?
