Looking for fertilizer and sulphuric acid plant and machinery

Dear Gents.,Maaden Phosphate company (MPC), Al- Jalamid , Saudi Arabia having a beneficiation plant consists of mineral processing equipment. The beneficiation plant is mainly classified in to three main sections. Crusher Plant, Wet plant and Drying and load out / material handling plant. Phosphate ore, Which comes in boulders from Run Off Mines (ROM) will be crushed through Primary and secondary crushers and then to wet plant for processing’s.The crushed wet ore comes to the flotation area for further processes. Wet process consuming 150- 200 tons per day of 98% sulphuric acid. We are diluting the acid to 20 % and then dosing to the process stream. The process of diluting sulphuric acid is very exothermic and corrosive. The diluted acid is added continuously in the conditioner tank. There is a frequent breakdowns due to acid corrosions and also the existing dilution system is unsafe and not suitable forour process. We are looking for proper sulphuric acid dilution system ( Proposed may be MPC need a separate dilution system, In operationpressurized motive water is accelerated through a jet nozzle creating a region of low pressure into which the concentrated sulphuric acid is entrained. The two fluid streams then combine and thoroughly mix in the diffuser throat).Could you please work out and forward a techno-commercial inputs of a system with the following features:-•Custom designed •Compact •No moving parts •Simple to operate •Maintenance free •Easy to install
